If you would like a bear or doll made for your company, I would be happy to discuss this. Please note that due to the fact each one is hand crafted individually, large quantities of identical ones cannot be supplied.

Delivery & Returns
When you commission your bear or doll a time frame will be agreed for completion and delivery date. The method of delivery will be agreed at this time also depending on where in the world the bear or doll has to go.
As each commission is bespoke and personal they cannot be returned unless found to be faulty and after discussion with me.
Bears and rag dolls purchased from the website shop may only be returned after discussion with me, Karen Rose.
